SEE HOW OUR PRESSES WORK

Valentin Stossier – reliable and robust for many years to come!

MOBILE FRUIT PRESS

The fruit crates are loaded into the large crate emptier with a forklift or pallet jack. With this, the fruit is then tipped into an auger elevator, from which it is transported over a vertical conveyor section to the mill. The mash is transferred to the single-belt press EB 1004 and gently dejuiced. The pomace is transported out of the trailer on an extendable conveyor belt. The freshly pressed juice flows through a rotating fine juice sieve, which separates the coarse pulp. The juice is pumped directly into the tanks of the customer by an impeller pump.

FINE JUICE SIEVE SFS 3300

The fine juice sieve SFS 1500 & SFS 3300 from Valentin Stossier serves for filtering the freshly pressed juice. This allows a majority of the pulp to be removed immediately after the press, which reduces the quantity of dregs in the bottles, bag in box containers or barrels. Using the SFS before a centrifuge reduces the load on the centrifuge to achieve even better clarifying results. It can be combined with all filter belt presses from Valentin Stossier.
